Balazs Horvath ea1f0decad Vendor dagre_rust from the crates.io tarball; convert to the rust2024 distribution 
Upstream GitHub repository returns 404, so the crates.io tarball is the only
obtainable source. Checksum recorded in PROVENANCE.md and verified against the
value crates.io publishes.

Manifest derived from Cargo.toml.orig (the author's own manifest) rather than the
registry-normalized one, which is build output. Converted to edition 2024 with
MSRV 1.98.1 and bare git.sly.so sibling pointers.
